Learn the art of Smudging, an ancient ritual dating back to the 24th century, as a meditative practice to creatively connect with nature.

This monthly class is designed to inspire you to make meaningful choices with the herbs and flowers that you smudge with at home. We will spend about 2 hours developing your Plant Story, playing sensory games, and creating custom Floral Smudge Sticks using flowers and herbs.
