Directions:
You can use the Flower Medicine Jar in a variety of ways:
#1: Open the container and inhale deeply as needed. Use similarly to an asthma pump. Dried materials will last for years to come with proper care (avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool, dry area).
#2: Pour herbal concoction into a pot of water and allow to come a boil. When steam forms, turn off heat source and place your face about 9-10 inches from the pot to inhale deeply and intentionally. Cover your head with a towel for to intensify the experience. Boil again for later use, or sift plant materials from out to collect its Flower Medicine Water, and pour into a Mason jar. Seal the lid, and place in the refrigerator for up to seven (7) days. Ensure that no botanicals remain in the Flower Medicine Water.
